Hi I’m Gemma and am a key person in the Caterpillar room. I have been at Tiddlywinks for 3 years now. As well as being a mum of two boys, I have worked within the education sector for over 15 years and love helping children learn and develop. I have completed numerous courses to enhance my knowledge and practice and am the settings staff wellbeing rep.  I adore our Tiddlywinks children and feel privileged to play a part in their learning journey

Hi I’m Charlotte and am a keyperson in Caterpillar room, having been a SEND 1:1 in recent times. My son attended Tiddlywinks and am proud to be a part of the team. I have many years experience in education and have a strong passion for supporting child development, inspired by growing up with my mother as a childminder.  I really enjoy supporting children and their families throughout the Early Years

Hi I’m Lauren and I am a key person in the Caterpillar room. After years of working in retail, I am excited about my new chosen career path within childcare at Tiddlywinks. I have settled in well and love building relationships with the children and their families. As a mum of two teenagers, I understand how important the Early Years are in building strong foundations for children to learn and grow.

Hi I’m Lorraine and am a key person in the Caterpillar Room, joining the team very recently. I have 3 children and a grandchild. I have 10 years of experience in an Early Years setting working with children ages 3-5. I enjoy supporting children in their early years of life, helping them to become school ready in a nurturing environment.
